Skinny Yogurt Parfait


Put a cup of non fat yogurt in the freezer for 15 min.

Chop an apple.

Take the yogurt out of the freezer.Spoon a few tablespoons of yogurt  into a tall glass or a bowl.Add some of the apple pieces and some walnuts.

Repeat the process, adding a bit of honey here and there, to taste.

Enjoy your skinny dessert!

3 walnuts: about 80 cal

1 medium apple: 95 cal

1 teaspoon of honey: 22 cal
